Day 0We build it
A mechanic assembles the bike, sets the gears and brakes, checks every bolt with a torque wrench and takes it for a test ride.
Day 0–1We drop it off
London and the Home Counties: our own van, bike upright, no box. Rest of UK mainland: courier, 95% built in a bike box.
Day 1–3You lock it up
We set the saddle height with you, show you the lock, and you're riding. The 6-week check-up is on us.

What lock comes with my bike?
Every bike ships with a hardened steel D-lock and a 1.2 m braided cable for the front wheel. Lock the frame and rear wheel with the D-lock to a fixed stand, and loop the cable through the front wheel.
Can I return a bike?
Yes. You have 30 days to return an unridden bike in its original condition. That's longer than the 14-day cancellation period required for online orders in the UK. We collect free from London addresses; elsewhere the return courier costs £24.95.
Are your e-bikes road legal in the UK?
Yes. Our e-bikes meet the UK rules for electrically assisted pedal cycles: a motor of no more than 250 W and assistance that cuts out at 15.5 mph. You don't need a licence, tax or insurance, but riders must be 14 or over.
What if the size is wrong?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we swap the frame size free, as long as the bike hasn't been ridden outdoors.
Do the bikes have a warranty?
Frames carry a 5-year warranty and components 2 years against manufacturing faults. Normal wear items such as tyres, brake pads and chains aren't covered.
